Why does Mohammad Mohanna inspire us?
Moe’s selfless act of compassion to his fellow man is truly compelling. He understands that these people are just that, people. Ignoring them is the worst thing we can do.
How can we change the world?
We want to inspire other cities to make the same commitment to their homeless citizens. We plan to screen the film at film festivals, universities, high schools, government agencies, NGOs working with immigrants and think tanks. Golestan-Parast Productions is working on a series of films called The Achievers, which spotlight various Iranian-Americans who have spent time and money giving back to American Society.
